margaret + tim: a buffalo wedding

It was cold.
It was raining.
It was miserable.
It was cold, raining and miserable.
Noticing a theme here?

When I awoke from my first night in Buffalo I knew that my run of good weather was over. As I walked to Starbucks I kept peering at the sky praying that it would begin to clear so that it would be nice for Margaret & Tim’s wedding, Mother Nature was not smiling upon me this day or so it seemed. As luck would have it She gave us a slight grin, she held the rain back long enough for us to spend a little time outdoors at the Buffalo Historical Society (but it was still pretty cold)! But before that we had to get things done at Our Lady of Peace which actually has a tunnel behind the altar which I used to get from one side of the church to the other, not that it was necessary I just wanted an excuse to use it.:)While we were unable to spend a lot of time outdoors we did find a couple of cool little places at the hotel (Buffalo Hyatt Regency) to shoot in and you know that it wouldn’t be one of my weddings if the Photo Boothique wasn’t there (big hit)!! It was a long drive home but I had a great time and that made it all worthwhile!

A big “Thank You” to Lydia Maybee for tagging along as my second photographer!!
